At Go Science, we currently offer Free Fast Same-Day Delivery (within hours) for all orders within a 15 km delivery radius from our retail store in T. Nagar, Chennai.

📏 How to Check If You’re Within Our Zone

Follow these simple steps to confirm:

1. Open Google Maps

2. Search: Type Go Science, you'll see this address
   12 Sivaprakasam Street, T. Nagar, Chennai – 600017

3. Tap Directions and enter your delivery address

4. If the driving distance is within 15 km, you're covered!

We rely on GPS navigation distance (not straight-line) for accuracy, final decision is based on Shopify based mapping using Google Maps API, we reserve non delivery within our delivery zone as well per our discretion due to various factors.

📦 What If You’re Outside the 15 km Radius?

We understand how disappointing that can feel—but don’t worry, we’ve got a workaround for you.

While we don’t deliver beyond 15 km at the moment, you can still:

• Select “Pickup from Store” during checkout

• Call our customer support team to confirm your order and pickup method

• Arrange your own third-party pickup (e.g. Dunzo, Porter, etc.) to collect it on your behalf

For security, orders will be released only after we receive phone confirmation from the original customer.

💡 Helpful Tips Before Ordering

• Always double-check your delivery address and its distance on Google Maps

• If your location is near 15 km, round-trip driving distance is considered

• Don’t book your own pickup without first calling our team for confirmation

• Pickup in-store is only available after placing the order successfully
