Can I schedule a redelivery if I miss the first attempt?

We totally understand how hectic schedules can get—and missing a delivery can be frustrating. But don’t worry, here’s what to expect.

Is Redelivery Possible?

Due to our same-day within hours delivery, rapid dispatch model, we do not offer redelivery attempts.

What Are Your Options?

You can:

  • Collect the order directly from our T. Nagar store (with a quick heads-up)

  • Arrange your own pickup via a third-party service after coordinating with us

We’ll hold your order for 15 business days from the failed attempt.
