What happens if I'm not available to receive the delivery?

Life happens, and we completely understand. Here’s what you need to know if you miss your delivery.

If You’re Unavailable

If no one is available to receive the delivery:

  • The delivery will be marked as failed

  • Redelivery is not available due to our same-day model

Your Options

You may:

  • Pick up the order from our T. Nagar store during business hours (by appointment)

  • Arrange your own pickup using a delivery service of your choice after informing our team

We’ll hold your order for 15 business days from the first failed attempt.
