💳 Accepted Payment Methods

At the time of checkout, you can choose from the following:

  • UPI apps (e.g. Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express)

  • Net Banking from most Indian banks

  • EMI - On certain products, managed by issuing bank and razorpay, based on their criteria and policies.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid.

All transactions are routed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway that follows prevailing industry standards for security and compliance.


🔐 Is My Payment Safe?

To the best of Razorpay’s and the banking system’s safety protocols, yes.

Go Science does not directly store, view, or process your card/bank details. Your payment is encrypted and managed securely via Razorpay. As we are not the payment processor, any issues (e.g., timeouts, double charges, failed transactions) must be resolved directly with your card issuer, bank, or UPI provider.

We will, however, support you by providing the transaction details available on our end to assist with follow-up.

  • Avoid refreshing the payment screen once initiated
