Why was my payment declined?

Common Payment Failure Reasons

A payment through Razorpay might be declined due to but not limited to:

  • Incorrect card/UPI credentials

  • Card expiry

  • Daily transaction limits

  • Network connectivity issues at the time of payment

  • Server Issues or other technical issues

What to Do If It Happens

If the payment was deducted but the order wasn’t confirmed, Razorpay typically initiates an automatic refund to your account within 5–7 working days.
