⚠️ Why Might My Payment Fail?

There are several common reasons a payment may fail or time out:

  • 🕒 UPI timeouts: UPI apps often take too long to respond, causing sessions to expire

  • 📶 Connectivity issues: Weak or unstable internet can disrupt payment flow

  • 💳 Card errors: Incorrect card details, expired cards, or failed 3D secure OTPs

  • 🏦 Bank server issues: Delays from your bank or Razorpay's server during peak times

  • 🔁 Double-clicking or refreshing the checkout page mid-transaction


🔄 What Happens When a Payment Fails?

  • Your order is not confirmed unless you see an on-screen success message

  • You will not be charged in most cases

  • If an amount is debited, it is typically auto-refunded by your bank or Razorpay within a few hours to 7 working days

  • Go Science does not receive any funds unless the payment is successful and confirmed via Razorpay


✅ What Should I Do Now?

  1. Check your UPI/bank/card app to confirm whether a deduction occurred

  2. If deducted, wait a short while—most refunds auto-reverse to your source account

  3. Retry using the same or a different method (UPI, card, or net banking)

  4. If in doubt, take a screenshot of the transaction and check your email or SMS for any receipt

Since all payments are processed by Razorpay, they are best equipped to resolve any transactional errors. We can:

  • Help you follow up with Razorpay—but we cannot access or modify banking transactions directly
