What if the payment was deducted but the order wasn’t placed?

What May Have Happened

Sometimes, payments go through but the order doesn’t get created due to:

  • Session timeout

  • Poor internet during payment

  • System sync delay between Go Science and Razorpay

Resolution Path

If your amount was debited but no order confirmation was received, Razorpay will typically reverse the transaction within 5–7 working days.

You can also:

  • Track your Razorpay transaction ID

  • Contact Razorpay support with your reference number for status updates
